Connect Indeed and ZipRecruiter
Post to both boards from RPM Talent and pull every applicant into one pipeline.

Before you start
You need an Indeed employer account and a ZipRecruiter employer account. Sponsored budgets are set and paid inside each board; RPM Talent doesn't mark up ad spend.
Every connection runs in sandbox mode until it's connected, so you can test the whole flow with sample applicants first. Look for the Sandbox or Live tag on each card.
Connect Indeed
- Go to Settings, Integrations (
/app/settings/integrations) and find Indeed. - Select Connect and enter your Indeed employer ID.
- Authorize RPM Talent in Indeed's Partner Console when prompted. The access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted.
- Select Save. The card shows Live once Indeed confirms.
New jobs with Indeed ticked are posted within a few minutes. Indeed Apply applicants show up in your pipeline with the source set to Indeed and their resume attached.
Connect ZipRecruiter
- In Settings, Integrations, find ZipRecruiter and select Connect.
- Paste your ZipRecruiter partner API key. Your RPM rep can request one for you.
- Select Save.
If a post fails
The job page shows each board's status: pending, posted, failed or expired. If a post fails, the reason is shown next to it, usually a missing pay range or address. Fix the job and select Retry.
If the same person applies on Indeed and your career page, RPM Talent keeps one candidate record and flags the duplicate so you don't call them twice.
