What's in Reports
Go to Reports (/app/reports). Use the location switcher at the top to see one shop or all of them.
| Report | What it tells you |

| Pipeline funnel | How many candidates reach each stage, and where most drop off. |
| Time to hire | Days from application to hire, by role and location. |
| Source effectiveness | Applicants, interviews and hires by source. Add your monthly ad spend to see cost per hire. |
| Manager response time | How long new applicants wait for a first action. The faster this is, the more good techs you keep. |
| Assessment distribution | Fit scores across applicants for each role (Pro and Complete). |
| Retention by fit | Whether higher-fit hires stay longer (Complete). |
| Open jobs by location | What's open and how long it's been open. |
