Find your link
Every shop gets a career page at rpmtalent.app/careers/your-shop. Copy it from Settings, General (/app/settings/general) under Career page address.
It lists every active job, grouped by location, with pay, role and posted date. Applicants can filter to one location, open a job and apply in about two minutes with no account.
Where to put it
- A “Careers” or “We're hiring” link in your website's main menu. If RPM manages your site, your rep can add it.
- Your Google Business Profile, as a post and in the website link.
- A QR code on a sign at the counter and in the shop. Walk-ins scan it instead of filling out paper.
- Your email signature and Facebook page.
Track where applicants come from
Add ?src= to the link to tag the source. Applicants who come through these links are counted in Reports under that source.
