E-signature with Dropbox Sign
Offers are signed on the candidate's phone and the signed PDF stays with Dropbox Sign.

Connect Dropbox Sign
- Go to Settings, Integrations (
/app/settings/integrations) and find Dropbox Sign. - Enter the email of your Dropbox Sign account and select Save.
Until it's connected, offers use a sandbox signing page so you can test the flow end to end.
What the candidate sees
A text and email with a secure link. They read the full letter, sign with a finger or by typing their name, and they're done. You get an alert, the offer shows Signed with the time, and the next step starts.
Signed documents are stored by Dropbox Sign, not by RPM Talent. Open the offer in RPM Talent to view or download it from Dropbox Sign.
If a candidate turns the offer down, select Declined on the offer and add the reason. It feeds your reports.
