How per-location pricing, RPM client pricing and launch pricing work.

Every location is billed at the full plan price. Background checks are billed separately at Checkr's price, $30 to $80 per check.
Launch pricing: the first 10 shops pay Core pricing for 90 days on any plan. Your billing page shows when launch pricing ends.
Manage billing
- Go to Settings, Billing (
/app/settings/billing). Only admins can see it. - See your plan, locations, monthly total and next invoice.
- Update your card or billing email through the secure Stripe portal.
- To change plans, select the plan you want. Upgrades take effect right away; downgrades take effect at the next billing date.
If a feature shows “Available on Pro” or “Available on Complete”, that's the plan that unlocks it. Nothing is lost if you downgrade; the feature simply goes back to manual.
